Our products are carefully prepared and finished in Morocco, with great attention to detail, presentation and quality. We attach great importance to a neat finish and an elegant look for every model. Depending on the chosen item, order preparation can take up to 6 working days before shipment. This way, we can ensure that each piece is handled with due care before it reaches you.

You can request a return within 14 working days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, you must first contact us, after which we will provide you with further return instructions and the return address. For a standard return, €10 will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the received product is defective, the return is completely free. Exchanges are not accepted. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 working days.
